Using analytical equipment and sensory analysis, the quality control team rigorously inspects all incoming materials and manufactured products. All materials must comply with specifications and adhere to company standards before being used in any product.
All flavor materials are GRAS and FEMA grade, and all fragrance products comply with RIFM. Finished products must conform to formulation and meet both internal and customer specifications organoleptically as well as via instrumentation-before being released for shipment in tamper-proof packaging.
The Quality Assurance department coordinates internal and external audits and maintains the facility with Good Manufacturing Procedures. The AIB has granted the facility a superior rating. In addition, numerous cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical clients have audited the facility to their satisfaction. The plant is approved for kosher products by the Star K Rabbinic service and by QAI for organic products. We have a tamper-evident program to assure product safety. FFS is ready to arrange for your product's transportation anywhere in the world. We also have access to a wide range of transportation and logistic sources to serve any need. Overnight or on any time schedule, or with any special handling requirements (for example, refrigeration or hazmat processing), we will accommodate your needs. We remain abreast of all regulation changes and our transportation department is audited by the Department of Transportation on a regular basis.
